National Children's Day

tomorrow is National Children's Day (July 23), and the Kompas newspaper today specially discuss about it in inspirational pages. many topics are in there, such like how parents handle and how they have to be more pay attention about the nutrition of their kids.
the one that got me interested from that pages was the article about how children really need calcium for their body. each age step that grow, more calcium needed. like 0-6 months, they need 200mg of calcium. when they already reach 10-years-old, they need 1000mg of calcium. what a big difference right? and now, with the technology and the creativity of people, they made how calcium can be digest just like a fun snack. for example, frozen yogurt and fruity milk. it contains a lots of calcium. and don't forget to mention, ICE CREAM! most of kids love ice cream, don't they? and ice cream contains calcium too! well, it doesn't mean that parents can give their children ice cream all the times, because they might get cold ;)

for all the children, the future of the nation,
happy National Children's Day!
